Our Pickles are lacto fermented in the traditional way

Our pickles are made the old fashioned way - rather than pickling them in vinegar, they are wild fermented in a highly purified salt water brine, without the use of any starter cultures or whey.

We are currently unable to find a reliable source for organically grown pickling cucumbers. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that our pickles will always use certified organic pickling cucumbers, but we will always only use the best we can find!

Cucumbers, purified water, spices (horseradish, dill, garlic, anaheim peppers, black peppercorn, mustard seed, bay leaves, grape leaves) and himilayan pink salt.
