Our Kimchi is made in the traditional way...

... living and vibrant, never heated, and as with all of our ferments, the flavor continues to evolve with time.

Wonderfully delicious right out of the jar, or on your favorite sandwich, salad or soup, it is a delicious, nutritious addition to any meal!

Even though I am Russian, I am a huge fan of Korean cuisine, and in particular their Kimchi. I would like to offer you my version of this wonderful ferment, and I hope you enjoy it as much as our family does!

As with all of our products, our Kimchi is made with all organic ingredients, with two exceptions - the Gochugaru peppers are not organic, we simply could not find an organic source anywhere for this pepper in bulk. Also, the Napa Cabbage comes from Fry Farm, a local farmer, and while they are not certified organic, they are CNG (Certified Naturally Grown).
